Hello
I'm Lexi Bluvas, a Licensed Massage Therapist holding licenses in both Nebraska and Iowa, and have an Associate of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy.
I completed my schooling at the Universal College of Healing Arts where we studied a variety of holistic health approaches, as well as anatomy, physiology, and pathology in the degree program. I continued on to the Associates program and learned Structural Integration, which is a deeper bodywork that focuses on the connective tissue and building body awareness.
My practice consists of holistic and modern research based approaches. I believe there is a wealth of benefit to ancient and old approaches, while also respecting and believing in the validity of modern medical advances. My goal is to provide a client-centered experience.
While in school I developed a passion for helping people achieve their goals through massage and bodywork. Including goals ranging from increasing range of motion, feeling less pain, being able to increase physical movement, and feeling more calm in every day life. I hope to bring that passion to every client.
